BANANA-OAT COOKIES

This recipe is so easy to make with browning bananas and can be eaten as a dessert or as a midday pick-me-up! It is easily customizable by adding any nut butters or protein powders and is so fast to make!
INGREDIENTS

2 overripe bananas

1 egg
-
1/2 cup oats
-
1/4 cup dark chocolate chocolate chips

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional: your favorite protein powder
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a sprayed baking sheet with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, whisk 1 egg then, add 2 bananas and mash
-
Once mixed together, add oats, chocolate chips, and cinnamon. It is optional to add some of your favorite protein powder and mix together

Place on sprayed baking sheet in round cookie like shapes

Bake for about 17 minutes until browned
