This recipe is so easy to make with browning bananas and can be eaten as a dessert or as a midday pick-me-up! It is easily customizable by adding any nut butters or protein powders and is so fast to make! 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 overripe bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup oats 

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chocolate chips 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: your favorite protein powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a sprayed baking sheet with parchment paper

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk 1 egg then, add 2 bananas and mash

  • Once mixed together, add oats, chocolate chips, and cinnamon. It is optional to add some of your favorite protein powder and mix together

  • Place on sprayed baking sheet in round cookie like shapes

  • Bake for about 17 minutes until browned
