Shishito peppers are a great appetizer or vegetable side dish and are so easy to make! They require almost no effort and offer a salty and sometimes spicy kick! They’re a great source of fiber and vitamin C, an important antioxidant in the body! This dish can easily be made in an air fryer or a frying pan! It’s only three ingredients and one pan until deliciousness!! 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Shishito peppers

  • Avocado oil

  • Sea salt

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat air frier: 400 degrees F, 3 minutes

  • Spray shishito peppers with avocado oil, or oil of choice

  • Cook on 400 degrees F: 8 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally 

  • Once cooked: add salt  :)
